Avril is a precious kitty that needed to be emotionally and behaviourally rehabilitated after being
abandoned by her previous owner.
It was by shear luck that I found her in time to save her and was able to bring her back home with us where she was familiar and no longer surrounded by strange people and places that she could not handle.
Avril is a very pretty and sweet spayed female who also to our horror had been declawed when taken from our home when she was young, then to find her left for euthanasia without our being contacted for assistance, as well as not returned to us, all of which are against our written contractual agreement.

We are deeply saddened that Avril experienced the trauma of such irresponsible pet ownership, and the deception to us she would be provided the caring home we were lead to believe and compliance with our purchase contract, and then how after three years with her they could just leave this beautiful and healthy mature cat to be put to sleep.
I certainly hope the puppy this family acquired at the time that upset Avril in the first place, that they chose to keep and get rid of Avril instead, will not also be abandoned or put to sleep for their convenience.

I apologize to my web site visitors for flaming who I truly believed was a family, that one family member is a well known prominent and celebrated member of Calgary's society, that would never return my calls when I would want to know
how Avril was from the day after they took her home.

This is a troubling example of what breeders fear the most
when we entrust what we love and raise to the hands of others.
Thank goodness this one will have a happy ending now that we have her back, safe and sound.
We hope to find the perfect home for Avril.

We prefer Avril to go to a single pet home, if possible, although, she may do well with dogs, children, and maybe one other cat.

Linus is a real ham that has grown up with an elegant facial expression and soft, plush silkiness that is very luxurious. He has a loving personality and unusual character like his sister Emi-Lee. Emi-Lee is one of my all-time favourites, and this is a handsome male version of her, through and through.
Linus (we call him Lino), is so very sweet and has finally grown out of crying whenever he wants something, or wants it his way and he sleeps in the most unusual positions.
He is quite charming and he certainly pulls on our heart strings.

We are seeing a beautiful pattern continue to show up on this rabbit-soft, plush coated boy. He has a feel to his coat that is like pure silk that adds to his excellence for being show quality.
Fortis is an outstanding hefty male with superb traits picked up from both his sire and dam.
We expect to see a strong horizontal and contrasted pattern, wonderfully glittered coat, great head, profile and small ears with large nocturnal eyes, strong chin and muzzle.
He also will be strong in long body type, very thick tail and substantial build
and has a very endearing temperament.
