"Fido" - Retired - Tavis' Alter
Seal Marbled Lynx Point - Neutered Male

Sire: SGC Kharaghendu Image of Hunters Exotic
Dam: Perl De Luna Freya of Species Bengal
Born: January 2, 2000

Tested negative for (HCM) Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy as a part of our entire cattery screening
and Clinical HCM study now underway.

Fidus Achates means "faithful friend, devoted follower" from the epic Virgil's Aeneid. They were the first words that caught my eye at the bottom of the page when I opened the dictionary to find a name for him.
Fido was the first Bengal we fell in love with and he has become everything that his name suggests. From his picture in a neat pile of his littermates we just had to have him and his sister Ditey too.
He has the total opposite of the seductive vocals of his sister Ditey, who schmoozes, "Yea, yea, yea....." for everything.
Whenever Fido speaks, he only says, "Noooooooooooooo......" and unfortunately he emphasizes it in the show hall :-(
Fido is very vocal.

Fido has a lot of sweet personality and he is contributing to the quality of therapy cats born and raised here, particularily his sons who are hunks of love. This guy has made an exceptional contribution to our breeding program with both extreme type and strong horizontal flow in patterns.

Fido has graced us with passing on incredible TYPE. He has the long "race car" body type and wonderful horizontal flow that through the generations are now resulting in cats that are acquiring a Supreme and Quad Grand Champions.

His progeny have had excellent health, and are strong in all ways. We hope with who he has provided us to succeed him will do well to carry on his excellent traits as we work towards his retirement this year.

Fido is a marvelous boy, and we will keep him in our home and he can now enjoy the rest of his life as an endeared pet.

CH Hunters Exotic McSpitz
"McSpitz" - Retired

"McSpitz"- Retired - Alter
Mom's Dear Soul Mate and Assistant "Alpha Cat"
Brown Marbled Tabby
(Now retired after being a terrific mom, and will stay with us forever - being part of the foundation of our breeding.)

Sire: Goldspurr Mac Greine
Dam: Kharaghendu Spitz of Hunters Exotic
Born: May 30, 1999

Champion in UFO, Micky stopped her show career to have important babies!
Doing so, she is one of the matriarch's of the cattery and is great, great granddam to a few of the ones we have to work with now due to her.
This is one of our substantial females that has strong boning and a muscular build. She says, "Never mind my large ears, they can fold easy, and besides, most of our guys have really, really small ears, so they can compensate for mine."
What I love the most about McSpitz is the strength of character expressed in her face (and demeanor). She has a prominent muzzle with large white whisker pads, strong chin and excellent profile.
McSpitz is a rather unique cat. As far as she is concerned she runs the entire cattery being that she is Alpha Mom's alpha cat.
She also considers herself the
"Navigation Manager" as she rides on the dash of our van whenever I go out.
Take her to a pet store and she thinks she owns that place too.
McSpitz is my buddy, my pal. I love her to bits and she knows it!

Bengal Exotic FX GOB-BLYN

"GOB" - Dad's Alter

"GOB"
Dad's Special Boy and Great Buddy
Brown/Blackened Marbled Tabby

Born: February 14, 2003

GOB has an incredibly thick, plush, soft and silky clear coat. His blackness in unusually dense and there appears to be virtually no agouti banding visible on the black pattern hairs at all.
Everything else about him we love too! Great ears, head, type and tail, but his legs are a bit too short. GOB is forever underfoot, hoping to trip us or at least have us look at him so he can pierce our hearts with those "haven't you got any foooooodddddd for me" eyes.
Gobbie "waves" for love and attention. That's all he wants - very easy to please!

Update, while most of the family were away attending On Safari (Bengal Congress that year in Riverside, California) GOB decided to bond with Dave (daddy to the cattery) and now the two are inseparable!!! GOB anticipates Dave's every move from his waking in the morning to be there for loving to him coming home from work and then when time to retire for the evening. Such a JOY to watch such love in progress.

Hunters Exotic Elvira Lair Maiden
"Elvira" - Alter

"Elvira" - Alter
"EV" - Household Annoying LOVE-BUG - Forever all of ours
Brown Marbled Tabby - Neutered Female

Sire: Goldspurr Mac Greine
Dam: Angel Athena Exordium
Born: Jamuary 31, 2000

EV certainly is a "prissy lady" that was supposed to be a feminine companion to a stud. But she just couldn't get over the stinky part. Ewwww! How in heaven's name is she to find way to place a paw whilst staying unsoiled, drink of bowl untainted by litter paws, eat of plate that no Tom, Dick or Harry has visited. Mercy!!!!
Elvira has matured to being one that has to be on a lap, and pushes and head butts her persistence for much desired petting. She has a passion for cuddles and that can be with anyone who is available at the time - she is not at all fussy!
EV is the family pet and cattery mascot to demonstrate the "ultimate" pet!

Bengal Exotic FX Laredo
"Laredo" - Alter

"Laredo" - Alter
Tommy, our eldest son has this his special boy...
Seal Marbled Lynx Point Tabby

Sire: Species Bengal Fidus Achates
Dam: Kharaghendu Yuki of Bengal Exotic FX
Born: January 27, 2003

Now almost 7 months old in the pictures above. Laredo's marbled pattern and coat colour is showing up nicely. Based on the chaotic doodle art, horizontal mar belling on his sire, this boy will continue to open up to some lovely chaining. Laredo is already giving mucho kisses whenever he gets a chance and takes his play very seriously. His rabbit-like soft coat is very glittered and he is long and elegant giving his stride a very wild look. At this early age he has the qualities of being a being and exceptional therapy cat. He has a wonderful personality and fun character traits.

Update: Laredo is a compassionate pal to our teenage son Tommy. This boy lives in Tommy's bedroom, and is one of the largest cats we have here in both body and soul. He is huge, but what is hilarious is how much of a chicken he is. What is most peculiar about this boy is how huge he is, but how tiny his voice is ( and so is his brain capacity, LOL!
That along with his courage.... not! LOL!

Bengal Exotic FX Zen-Zen Obia

"Zen-Zen" - Alter
Tavis our youngest son has this boy as a companion.
Brown Spotted Tabby - Neutered Male

Sire: CH Chaparral ZuZu of Bengal Exotic FX
Dam: Bengal Palace Falcon of Bengal Exotic FX

Born: August 30, 2001

Zen-Zen is such a teddy bear he is. Not many boy cats have such a thick, plush, warm, living, soft animal feel to snuggle up with day and night.
He has a gentle sensitive timidness and more love to give than all of us put together could possibly use up.

We hope to have time soon to take current pictures to show just how wild a look Zen-Zen acquired as he got older.

Zen-Zen is a perfect example of what the look of the wild has to offer in a fully domestic cat.

Bengal Exotic FX ZuZuKi Shekinah

"Shekinah" - Retired
Brown Spotted Tabby - Spayed Female

Sire: CH Chaparral ZuZu of Bengal Exotic FX
Dam: Kharaghendu Yuki of Bengal Exotic FX

Born: August 07, 2002

Those spots you see on her sides look the same size all the way around her. She has good body type, and great head with small ears. After seeing what she produced with her fist litter we decided to let her have another. Her litter was outstanding and worth checking more on her capabilities.
It sure makes her tummy inviting for little kisses, but she is way too ticklish for that!
Shekinah is a pretty female that loves to romp and play. She absolutely adores Tommy and will chase him if he invites her to a game of tag, and she catches him every time! She deliberately annoys Tommy with silly antics to get his attention when he is busy doing something else. A very fun loving cat. We love her soft coat, wild look and head features.

Great mom, and produces well. We have appreciated the kittens Shekinah has given us. All well and substantial.
We will look to see when Shekinaha has shown us we have who can succeed her. BUT sometimes there is a cat who loves what they do and loves the care they can put into raising wonderful babies....

RESCUE KITTY: - Not a Bengal - Barn Rescue infant
Spayed Female - Born in August 2003 (FeLV/FIV negative)
"Danger"

"Danger"
Family gem!!!

A family surprise!!! Danger adopted us when she hung out by our windows knowing there were cats inside that received exceptional LOVE. She insisted she come out of the barn which she musts have been born in and join us and hope we save her from the blizzards she would have had to endure and maybe not survive.

Danger has been raised with Bengals, and she truly believes she is one. That is WAY TOOOOO funny!

We have kept this pretty (not so little gray/white barn kitten that we saved when wintery blizzard came our way in October, 2003 and we could not let her and her brother freeze to death. Two kittens that were so tiny and all alone, we took Danger and her brother in out of the freezing temperatures, began socializing and litter training.
Her brother "Doom" has been placed in a home, but this kinda shy kitty is now experiencing what it is like to have been raised by Bengals and her life has changed forever!
This is an very unusual occurrence, and proved to be successful, but what a hoot to see a huge loaf try to be slim and athletically agile like a Bengal when there is NO comparison and actually, not as successful as she would want to believe.
Danger is quite special to have been given the knowledge of "life in the wild" like what a Bengal demonstrates in their day to day giving life all it has to offer mode. Danger is blessed with this adding to her "cat" life, having her think there is a lot more to it than what appears!

Bengal Exotic FX Copen MidKnight Dude

Mom's Pride and JOY!
Brown/Blackened Marbled Tabby

Sire: Bengal Exotic FX Copurr Zu
Dam: Bengal Palace Falcon
Born: July 07, 2003

This full brother to Bengal Exotic FX Okinawan Isshyn-Ryu (Ryudy) is a very blackened marble boy
that is excellent in type and looks wild, wild, WILD! Awesome! SWEET and intense! I love this boy!!!!
This is mommy's boy! Love those blackened sheet marbled guys! And this one is thrilled with me and boofs his tail at the sound of my voice or sight of me.
What a doll!
His pattern is intense jet black, feels like pure silk and is highly glittered. He has an incredibly bold in markings, sleek black and has a full chin strap that is worth mentioning. Dude is one of my most endeared pets.

"Sassy"

Emi-Lee is thanked almost daily for giving mom (Wendy) this very special little girl.
MY ANGEL!
She is a tiny treasure of what a cat can be! Absolutely Precious.

TICA Award of Excellence - Northwest Region
Second Best Brown (black) Marbled Tabby Bengal of the Year - 2005/2006
Brown Marbled - Female

Sire: Kharaghendu Daidak of Bengal Exotic FX
Dam: Bengal Exotic FX Zaida Emi-Lee

Born: August 31, 2004

Sassikat follows in stride the beauty of her name sake. This is a very pretty little girl that has developed wonderful colour and an attractive face just like her mama. She has an outstanding soft, silky coat that glistens with three or more colours and is so glassy and shiny she almost always looks wet.
What we appreciate the most about Sassy is her purrsonality and character.
Precious, simply precious!

Bengal Exotic FX Precocious Precario

"Cario"
Brown/Blackened Marbled Tabby

Sire: Bengal Exotic FX Copurr Zu
Dam: Bengal Palace Falcon

Born: July 07, 2003

Cario is an F4 - full brother to Quad Grand Champion Alter Bengal Exotic FX Okinawan Isshyn-Ryu (Ryudy) and my Bengal Exotic FX Copen MidKnight Dude.
Except with me, he's a bit shy, but we are spending as much time with him as possible every day
. He still wants to skitter away if he can, but this won't last too long when he finally gets the hang of living it up - kitten style! Cario has marvelous type and a great wild face, bold black full chin strap and little ears like his brother . He also has a silky clear coat and as his pattern is coming out, it is showing depth, texture and chaotic horizontal flow.

This is one of our most exquisite studs who gives us some spectacular marbling on his F5 babies,
and oh such a wild look! Cario is very shy.

Bengal Exotic FX Pika Meow Meow
"Pika"

"Pika"
Brown Spotted Tabby- Neutered Male

Sire: CH Bengal Exotic FX Felinese Mikan
Dam: Bengal Exotic FX In Spite of Herself

Born: October 19, 2007

At less than 2 weeks old, Pika looked clearly dark spotted on a very light background for great contrast. His pattern flow is exactly how we want it with next to no verticality like domestic cats and very horizontal from shoulder to back end. This is a very nice boy that we will soon see more on the traits he will soon be further expressing. Pika is developing some lovely rosetting on his spots.

Bengal Exotic FX Jungle Jypsy Jasmine

"Jasmine" or "Tazy"
Brown Marbled Tabby

Sire: Mystichills Onyx
Dam: Species Bengal Aphroditie's Dream
Born:August 13, 2001

Tazy has one of the most divine personalities in the entire cattery. She is a gentle, kind soul that is soft spoken and happy, always following through with a roll-over for a chin and tummy rub. To gaze at her beauty is eye candy. She looks so wild in the way she walks, she evokes grand reminiscent of her ancestry.
With little limitation in her jumping abilities, she has been known to leap more than six feet up a wall
to retrieve a feather toy.
She's entertaining and, at the same time, imparts loving, gentle sweetness.

Bengal Exotic FX Zaida Emi-Lee

"Emi-Lee"
Mom bonded in the 55 minutes for her to take her first breath at birth. Special Kitty in 2001.
Brown Marbled Tabby

Sire: CH Chaparral ZuZu of Bengal Exotic FX
Dam: CH Hunters Exotic McSpitz
Born: March 31, 2001

Words cannot describe our "Emi-Lee" (or "M 'n M" - because she's SO sweet!).
This little putt-putt has the ultimate of characters and is never in a moment where she is not letting us know it! Disciplining children, to her is like the sound of grating your fingernails on a chalk board, causing her to react by jumping onto my shoulders, foolishly wrapping her little paws around the back of my head, yanking, chomping and sliding her teeth in my hair. She continuously buggers up my household discipline when she causes an eruption of laughter any time I am trying to get some serious points across!
This is a cat that definitely "has a VOICE", and she knows how to use it!

RW CH Bengal Exotic FX McCawdai a la Mewt

Click For More Info/Pictures & Candid Shots
"McCawdai"
Brown Marbled Tabby - Spayed Female

TICA Award of Excellence Northwest Region

Second Best Brown (black) Marbled Tabby Bengal of the Year - 2005

Sire: Kharaghendu Daidak of Bengal Exotic FX
Dam: CH Hunters Exotic McSpitz of Bengal Exotic FX
Born: October 10, 2003

Pretty, pretty, pretty..... and oh so cuddly, affectionate and the ultimate of a companion. Talk about temperament from heaven, and oh so lovely to touch.

Having a mama nicknamed "Micky-McCaw" because of vocal comments sounding more like "McCaw" than any ordinary "Meow", this daughter talks like that too. Only... McCawDai had next to no voice, so she repeated this "McCaw" sound with a scratchy raspy effort just enough for us to here it. She's our little Bengal "A La Mewt".

McCawdai (her dad was "Daidak" - hence "dai" in her name) had but two litters for us to capture the incredible face she expresses. We got one female from her to carry this powerful face structure forward (MiCaw). Thank you, McCawdai!!!

McCawdai had but one uterine horn, and extra special care was needed to be exercised for her to have but one more dangerous litter. We carefully did another breeding because her face was SOOOO special. She did miraculous for that breeding, and she is safe and sound due to extra veterinary care to do that breeding. Pure LOVE for temperament, and absolute beauty as far as marbled pattern, she passed that on to MiCaw. We had hoped one further breeding when the time was right for her would give us what we need to carry on a strong and vibrant example of what we are all trying to acheive in the Bengal breed. McCawdai did that. We are honoured by what she managed to do.

After she was closely vet monitored when she became pregnant for her last and carefully attended to litter, she was spayed and retired right after that. I must say, this is a female that I am reluctant to place because I love her so much.

We will only let her go to a family that will give her all their love because she means so much to me.
That means, you gotta talk us outta this one! :-) And you need to be a special loving home - else she stays here with us!

RW CH Bengal Exotic FX Achates Arvana

"Chates (Katie)"

TICA - Award of Excellence
Region of Northwest
Best of Colour
Brown Marbled Tabby Bengal
2001 ~ 2002

Sire: Species Bengal Fidus Achates
Dam: Bengal Palace Falcon
Born: February 5, 2001

Champion Chates is an F4 that has pawzed her show career to be a mama. See her selection of pictures that demonstrate not only her wild face but wonderful profile too. She expresses the very horizontal "doodle art" detailed pattern as Ditey's kits do, since her sire (Fido) is Ditey's sibling and throws this pattern as well.
She knows she's a little darling!
Reducing picture size took away from the beauty she radiates so we left them large for you to see
how gorgeous she is.
She is a special F4, that is presently having her last litter after which we will retire her.
